About

Programs for Academic Specialists are developed to provide ongoing professional development and networking opportunities for Academic Specialsts at MSU.

The Academic Specialist Advisory Committee (ASAC) is the governance body for the Academic Specialists, a group of individuals elected within the Academic Specialist Appointment System and involved in various combinations of teaching, research, outreach, advising, curriculum development, and related activities. ASAC works closely with the Office of the Assistant Provost and Assistant Vice President for Academic Human Resources on matters of mutual interest.
