    Workshops for Faculty on Leadership and Academic Life (WFLAL) are designed for faculty who want to learn more about leadership because they:

    1. have leadership and managerial responsibilities in running large projects, labs or committees,
    2. serve as assistant or associate chair,
    3. have or aspire to external leadership roles in professional associations, or
    4. are exploring whether to pursue leadership and/or administrative roles in the future.
