Proposals will be submitted online this year [here]. The infromation needed for a proposal is described in the proposal form and the expectations are described in the 2013-2014 Guidelines (both in .doc format).
Applications for 2013-2014 are due May 31, 2013. 2012-2013 FLCs that wish to continue should submit an updated application that includes information on what was accomplished in your 2012-2013 FLC and what you want to achieve in 2013-2014.
