Organizational Development Consulting

About | Request Form

Beginning Spring 2008, Academic Human Resources and F&OD will facilitate Organizational Development (OD) Consultation Services for academic units. These services (e.g., process and project meeting facilitation, strategic planning, conflict management, etc.) will be provided by experienced OD consultants through a limited amount of funding provided by the Office of the Provost.

In the past few years, the Office of the Provost provided limited funding for Organizational Development Consulting to academic units, with oversight and coordination by Karen Klomparens, Dean of the Graduate School. Provost Wilcox has renewed this arrangement with Academic Human Resources/Faculty and Organizational Development assuming responsibility for leading this initiative.

Requests for OD Consultation services will be reviewed within two weeks. Priority for services will be given to requests submitted by the College deans, although additional unit requests will also be considered.

If you have questions, please contact me at ddezure@msu.edu, or (517) 432-5125.

Deborah DeZure
Assistant Provost for Faculty and Organizational Development
