Meet MichiganAbout/Apply | Spring Seminar | Fall Seminar | Photo Gallery | Application The Meet Michigan program is a very successful "traveling seminar" that provides members of the MSU community with an opportunity to learn more about MSU's extensive research, outreach, and cooperative efforts throughout the state. The Meet Michigan program offers a one-day multidisciplinary seminar each Fall semester and a three-day broadly defined disciplinary seminar each Spring semester. The Spring 2008 Meet Michigan three-day traveling seminar will focus on Technology, Telecommunications, and Technology-Human Interface and will take place Wednesday, May 7 until Friday, May 9, 2008. Each application must include a brief statement (approximately 250 words) explaining how participation in Meet Michigan will support the applicant’s goals in research, teaching, and/or outreach, or support the strategic goals within his/her unit. Selection Process and Criteria A Selection Committee, comprised of staff from the Office of the Provost, will review and select the 30 faculty and academic staff participants.
