We are pleased to offer LEAD workshops for deans, chairs, directors and executive managers that are sponsored by the Office of Faculty and Organizational Development in the Office of the Provost. These programs are designed to promote ongoing communication among academic administrators, provide leadership development opportunities, and support campus leaders (deans, chairs, directors, and executive managers) in their efforts to foster organizational change in their units. We encourage you to participate in these important discussions and welcome suggestions for program topics and speakers.
