III. Updates:
A. Greenbaum presented a Faculty Emeriti template for volunteers to list skill sets, interests and availability that eventually could be the basis for a clearinghouse of opportunities.
B. Reid presented information about University Retirees’ Associations.

C. Forsyth offered information about MSU Faculty Emeriti entitlements after meetings with Assistant Provost and Assistant VP for Academic Human Resources Banks and Vice President of Human Resources Beemer. The history and the changes of entitlements were explained.
D. DeZure discussed that Faculty Emeriti could possibly use 209 Olds Hall for a meeting space. Currently, OF&OD uses the space for faculty consultations but could share the space with the Faculty Emeriti.
E. DeZure also discussed the possibilities of accepting donations to the program.
F. Shaw said that the website has been updated with the previous meeting minutes and talked with Sarah Nash about updating the mailing list.
IV. Action Items
A. The board members are to complete the template before the next meeting and send to Shaw to check for viability. Greenbaum will collate the findings.
B. Stone asked for volunteers to work on subcommittees to discuss a survey, sense of belonging, and improved communications within the Faculty Emeriti community.
C. Reid and Wickert will check to see if Faculty Emeriti can attend the Big Ten Retirees Association Conference August 19-21.
