The years after attainment of full professorship offer opportunities for directed career advancement and the consideration of formal and informal leadership engagement. LLC members will examine their personal career and leadership goals and discuss strategies for achievement. We will engage scholarship and expertise on career development, peer mentoring, and women's leadership to guide our development of personal career roadmaps. Women professors from all disciplines are encouraged to participate.

You do not need to have participated in last year’s community to join and attendance at all sessions is not required.
