The years after attainment of full professorship offer opportunities for directed career advancement and the consideration of formal and informal leadership engagement. Leadership Learning Community members will examine their personal career and leadership goals and discuss strategies for achievement. We will engage scholarship and expertise on career development, peer mentoring, and women's leadership to guide our development of personal career roadmaps. Women professors from all disciplines are encouraged to participate.
