During the Conversation with the President held on January 24, participants discussed perceived barriers to engaging with “Big Issues" at the campus level and suggested how the university could reduce those barriers. This session will briefly review the conclusions from that conversation and outline the steps the university is taking to address them. Participants will then focus on identifying strategies for moving the university-level actions out to the unit level through individual and collaborative efforts. The strategies you formulate during this conversation will be shared widely so they can impact the entire campus.
